After the confirmation of the booking of a specific yacht, the 50% of the payment is to be made by bank transfer to our bank account and the balance at latest one month before the charter.
The booking is considered done after the second rate is paid. The check in is Saturday from 17:00/18:00 and the check out is Saturday till 8:00/9:00, unless it is specified otherwise in agreement. We recommend returning to base Friday evening, in order to avoid unexpected weather conditions and to prepare the yacht for the check out.
On some yachts, there is the Jet Ski, which can be used only if the guest has the valid licence. Otherwise, the captain can not allow the use, but the crew member can drive the guests on the Jet. The preference list (only for mega yacht charter and gulet charter) and the crew list will be sent to you, and you have to fill it and send us back the requested charter details.
The guests must follow the instructions of the captain and the crew and respect the regulations of the Republic of Montenegro.

MEGA YACHTS
The price of mega yachts includes the accommodation on the yacht, the crew and the use of all equipment on the yacht. The price does not include food, drinks, fuel, marina and berthing taxes, transfers, special demands for embark and disembark and personal expenses, which must be paid as APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) amounting 25-30% of the rental price.
The APA amount is used for guests expenses only. After the charter, the guests receive the list of al expenses during the charter, and in case of any money unspent, the captain returns it to the guest.
We also offer the option of all inclusive package, which allows you to leave your worries behind and truly relax without any obstruction of planning or provisioning whilst you are aboard.
MOTOR & SAILING YACHTS AND CATAMARANS
The price of motor yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans includes the use of the boat, dinghy, bed linen, kitchen appliances and the equipment on the boat.
This price does not include:
- obligatory: final cleaning and transit log (to be paid in base in cash), fuel, resident tax, marine and berthing taxes.
- on request: skipper, hostess, outboard engine, transfers, one way charter.
- personal expenses (such as drinks and food).
TThe skipper cost is from 120-150 EUR per day + food and drinks. The outboard engine costs from 90 EUR per week. The final cleaning and the transit log price depend on the size of the yacht, from 120-200 EUR.
The security deposit must be left in base in cash or with credit card, and is refundable after the charter, unless the existence of damage is found on the yacht. The yachts are delivered with full tank of fuel and must be returned with full tank.
GULETS
The charter price includes the charter services during the agreed cruising time, fuel for daily average of 4 hours, yatch’s crew, all appliances on the ship according to the ship list (some gulets do the extra charge for the use of Jet Ski), bedlinen and towels, insurance of the ship, crew and it’s passengers, 4 hrs of generator working per day (Air conditioning).
The charter price excludes: food and drink, port and marina dues, entrances in National parks, special taxes to marinas according to the client´s demand, special transfers, special demands of embarkation and disembarkation, residence tax.
The client is obliged to take minimum half board (breakfast and lunch). The full board (breakfast, lunch and diner) and all inclusive package are optional. Drinks are not included in prices and must be taken at the gulet´s bar. It is not permitted to bring your own drink and food.
The prices which are not included in the main rental price, on the most gulets are to be paid to the captain on the boat.
